About the Role

ComForCare is hiring a Remote Customer Service Assistant to provide essential administrative coordination for our sales and operations teams. You'll be the central point for ensuring seamless client communication, accurate contract processing, and efficient daily operations from a remote location.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route them appropriately.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, confirm appointments, and provide updates to clients.
  • Send appointment reminders and updates via text, email, or phone.
  • Manage and update the sales team's Google Calendar.
  • Schedule client appointments through calls, texts, and emails, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts.
  • Process customer contracts accurately, capturing all required information.
  • Submit and track permits with various city or county municipalities.
  • Submit and monitor utility locate tickets (e.g., 811 tickets).
  • Follow up with sales representatives on outstanding estimates and customer responses.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, digital file organization, and internal communication support.
  • Maintain organized digital records of contracts, permits, utility tickets, and communication logs.
  • Assist with improving administrative processes for better efficiency.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to the team and customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Nice to Have

  • An Associate’s degree.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and project management tools (experience with JobNimbus, Monday.com, or similar is a plus).
  • Familiarity with permitting or construction processes.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $1,200 USD/month

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, global position. You must live and work outside the United States.
