WB Cargo Service is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time role is central to our distribution operations, focusing on maintaining smooth order flow and providing clear communication to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email and phone
- Support distribution order workflows from start to finish
- Update shipment and order statuses in real-time
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams
- Log customer issues and service requests accurately
- Maintain accurate records in our company CRM
What We're Looking For
- Current residence in California is required
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection
- The ability to work independently and manage a remote workflow
