Owner is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Success & Support department. In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will be the critical first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring a positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Develop a deep understanding of our product to provide accurate guidance
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex customer issues
- Uphold high standards for customer satisfaction and support quality
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing support or service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines. You will work with a global team.
