Owner was looking for a Customer Support Representative

Owner is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Success & Support department. In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will be the critical first point of contact for our customers, providing support and ensuring a positive experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product to provide accurate guidance
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex customer issues
  • Uphold high standards for customer satisfaction and support quality

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing support or service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines. You will work with a global team.
