Impact Brands is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our remote-first team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional support and ensuring their positive experience with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services
- Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM or ticketing systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles
- Experience with Zendesk is a bonus
