JobHire.AI is hiring a Customer Support Agent to actively influence customer satisfaction and retention. In this role at our mission-driven, fastest-growing global company, you will combine high-quality reactive support with proactive customer engagement and sales impact.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls with a strong focus on quality.
- Proactively provide in-depth product details, address customer concerns diligently, and ensure satisfaction.
- Guide users through onboarding and activation flows, and educate customers for successful product usage.
- Use selling techniques to offer additional products to existing customers and convert support interactions into payments where possible.
- Act as the first line of retention by identifying early churn signals and sharing feedback with the team.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer support, customer success, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Customer-centric mindset with a business-oriented approach.
- High-speed internet connection (VPN free).
