Hims & Hers is hiring a Customer Support Agent to be a key player in delivering a great customer experience. You will address non-medical customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for all our products.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and EMR.
- Uphold high standards of productivity and quality in every customer interaction.
- Navigate various customer service platforms and tools to deliver efficient support.
- Collaborate with other agents and leadership to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to team success by meeting and exceeding service and performance goals.
- Escalate medically related inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in all Hims & Hers products and offerings.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of experience working from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- The ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms efficiently.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- The flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while staying proactively engaged with the wider team.
- Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Customer service experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
- A degree in a related field.
