Jerry.ai is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support to our existing customers as they manage their insurance policies. You will play a key role by helping customers navigate changes and understand their coverage, working directly with our portfolio of over 55 insurance carriers. Our mission is to help car owners save time and money, and you'll be essential to delivering on that promise.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or make changes to existing policy.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
