At Scribe, we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. You will help resolve customer queries via email, recommend solutions, and become an expert in both Scribe's users and our product. This role involves working closely with engineers and product managers to solve problems and improve the product experience.
What You'll Do
- Resolve customer queries, primarily via email.
- Recommend solutions to users.
- Become an expert in both Scribe users and the Scribe product.
- Work with engineers and product managers to help solve problems and make Scribe easier to use.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to adapt and follow through extensive amounts of information on a weekly basis.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Customer Support.
- Understanding of how to optimize support processes and improve efficiency.
- Comfortable working with Zendesk or similar CRM products.
Nice to Have
- Experience in subscription-based billing Customer Support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
