Kiwi Financial Inc, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to be on the front lines of customer interaction. You will support users across every stage of the customer journey, handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries.
- Resolve technical and financial concerns.
- Guide customers through payment flows and loan processes.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in BPOs, call centers, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Schedule availability for Saturday/Sunday and early/late shifts.
