Kiwi Financial Inc was looking for a Customer Support Agent

Kiwi Financial Inc, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to be on the front lines of customer interaction. You will support users across every stage of the customer journey, handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with product or service inquiries.
  • Resolve technical and financial concerns.
  • Guide customers through payment flows and loan processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in BPOs, call centers, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Schedule availability for Saturday/Sunday and early/late shifts.
