Jerry.ai is looking for a Customer Service Agent to help our existing customers manage their current insurance policies. You will work directly with customers from our 55+ insurance carrier partners, processing changes and ensuring they get the most value from their coverage.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies related to coverages, benefits, or changes to their policy.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.

- Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly wage.
