Reveleer is seeking a Customer Success Operations Intern to help build scalable operational infrastructure for our customer-facing teams. This project-based internship will focus on enhancing processes across onboarding, lifecycle management, reporting, and knowledge management.
What You'll Do
- Enhance Customer Success processes and documentation.
- Support lifecycle management workflows.
- Assist with reporting and analytics efforts.
- Help build and organize internal knowledge repositories.
- Contribute to operational standardization initiatives.
- Assist in creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Centralize and standardize internal documentation.
- Audit storage locations and build customer 'At a Glance' overview templates.
- Assist with reporting, dashboard upkeep, and data organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset.
- Interest in SaaS or customer strategy.
