Scaleway was looking for a Customer Success Manager - Paris

Shape customer outcomes in a forward-thinking cloud environment. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with a portfolio of B2B clients, guiding them from onboarding through expansion. Your focus will be on understanding their objectives, aligning them with platform capabilities, and ensuring sustained engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, advocating for their needs across internal teams
  • Develop and implement customized success plans that reflect individual business goals
  • Track product usage and sentiment to anticipate challenges and unlock growth potential
  • Lead customer-facing initiatives such as onboarding sessions, training, and product updates
  • Work closely with support and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify and act on renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in line with customer maturity
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and account health in CRM tools
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams based on recurring customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in cloud or SaaS
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data and translate it into actionable plans
  • Experience leading commercial conversations around renewals and expansions
  • Fluency in both English and French; Spanish is an asset

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model, with flexibility for up to three remote days per week. Offices are located in Paris and other major cities across France, offering modern workspaces near transit hubs, outdoor terraces, bike storage, and wellness amenities.
