About the Role

The individual in this position will partner with clients to drive product adoption, ensure satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for expansion. They will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers achieve their goals while fostering strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through onboarding and initial implementation phases
  • Monitor customer health and track key usage metrics
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Lead regular business reviews with customer leadership
  • Develop customer success plans aligned with business goals
  • Proactively communicate updates and best practices
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction levels
  • Support renewal processes with data-driven insights
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between clients and support teams
  • Escalate technical or service concerns when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate training sessions and onboarding materials
  • Gather and share customer feedback with product teams
  • Drive adoption through targeted engagement strategies
  • Monitor contract terms and renewal timelines
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Measure and report on customer success KPIs
  • Promote long-term retention and satisfaction
