Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client objectives and challenges
- Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with prospect needs
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows
- Develop proof of concept environments to validate platform fit
- Articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Respond to technical inquiries during the sales cycle
- Support RFP and procurement processes with accurate, detailed responses
- Identify integration opportunities with client systems and data sources
- Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and industry trends
- Guide prospects through data modeling and segmentation strategies
- Present use cases relevant to specific industries or buyer personas
- Assist in scoping implementation timelines and resource needs
- Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Build trust with technical and executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption by aligning solutions with business outcomes
- Troubleshoot demonstration environments and resolve configuration issues
- Create documentation for solution designs and deployment plans
