About the Role

SchooLinks is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to manage larger, more complex district implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving onboarding success, product usage, and achieving renewal targets.

What You'll Do

  • Meet onboarding, usage, and renewal targets for a portfolio of districts.
  • Onboard new districts by leading project kickoff, data integration, and training sessions.
  • Assess usage, engagement, and outcome data to determine district health and required actions.
  • Build and maintain director and executive level relationships at each district.
  • Facilitate the renewal process including quote, verbal approval, and signature for districts.
  • Provide well-structured customer feedback to the Product Team.
  • Continuously define and document problems and challenges faced by districts.
  • Keep account records and notes updated in a CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success position.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation and customer success for a SaaS company.
  • Experience or ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and entrepreneurial style, eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to close renewals and multi-thread to discover expansion opportunities.
  • Technical proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Apple/Mac required.
  • Ability to travel 15-30% of the time to customer meetings, trainings, occasional conferences, and company offsite events.

  • Experience with ClassLink/Clever or SFTP.
