About the Role

Zeta Global is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional service, thought leadership, and strategic execution. You will lead the planning, development, and delivery of clients’ marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Assume a leadership role within a cross-functional team including Client Solutions, Analytics, Operations, and Implementation.
  • Act as the lead customer-facing contact, directing communications and outcomes across teams.
  • Assist sales and senior management in scoping solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Manage the delivery of scoped services, coordinating internal teams to ensure timeliness and quality.
  • Lead client calls and develop materials such as proposals, presentations, status reports, and requirements documents.
  • Work with clients to plan and execute a wide range of campaigns across addressable channels.
  • Evaluate opportunities to grow the scope of services and tools.
  • Oversee operational quality, including report delivery and campaign communication.
  • Manage client billing, budget, and forecast processes.
  • Build excellent relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Define and communicate clear campaign goals to the team.
  • Monitor campaign performance and alert the team to any concerns.
  • Develop solutions and client communication when issues are identified.
  • Escalate major client issues to senior management as appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • BS or BA degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or a client-side marketing department.
  • Experience with Email and Digital marketing.
  • Experience with Customer journey development.
  • Experience with Multi-channel or Omnichannel marketing.
  • Experience with Campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

You will work within a cross-functional team structure, collaborating closely with Client Solutions, Analytics, Operations, and Implementation teams.
