Veeva Systems is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve their business objectives by maximizing the value and adoption of our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Drive product adoption and usage by understanding customer goals and outcomes.
- Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your customers within Veeva.
- Analyze customer health metrics to provide insights and strategic guidance.

- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the skill to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
