Payoneer is looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work alongside our customer success managers to support customer engagement and gain hands-on experience across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. You’ll be an integral part of helping our global customers thrive.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Customer Success Manager team in facilitating offline workshops, salons, and events.
- Support the internal escalation of technical issues when needed.
- Assist in tracking and managing upcoming customer outreach campaigns.
- Prepare materials and take notes for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Support the creation of customer success collateral, including playbooks, guides, and best practice documentation.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on various administrative tasks to support the team.
- A genuine interest in sales, technology, and international business.
Nice to Have
- Cross-cultural sensitivity; international experience or additional language skills are a plus.
