Paired, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the subscription-based products division. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, engaging to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction with their subscription journey.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries related to subscription-based products.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of subscription offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to help improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting and follow-up.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
