Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across German-speaking markets.
- Engage with clients and hiring managers in German and English to understand hiring needs.
- Proactively source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRM tools.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments in German.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with a mature, goal-driven team in a supportive, remote-first environment.
