Remote Recruitment is hiring a German-Speaking Recruiter based in South Africa to join our high-performing international team. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full hiring process from business development to placement, supporting global clients across the DACH region.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across German-speaking markets.
- Engage with clients and hiring managers in German and English to understand hiring needs.
- Proactively source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRM tools.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments in German.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with a mature, goal-driven team in a supportive, remote-first environment.
What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience, in agency or internal settings.
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client management.
- Comfortable with high activity levels in a KPI-led environment.
- Must be based in South Africa, with a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Nice to Have
- Recruitment experience ideally with international or European exposure.
- Experience using recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, or Lusha.
