This 360-degree role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, developing candidate pipelines, and communicating with clients and candidates in Italian-speaking European markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a remote, self-managed setting.
Responsibilities
- Handle all stages of the recruitment process from initial client consultation to final candidate placement.
- Identify and connect with Italian-speaking professionals for positions across Europe, especially in technical, sales, and operational areas.
- Develop and sustain client relationships by offering market intelligence and customized talent solutions.
- Leverage sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews fluently in both Italian and English.
- Ensure up-to-date and precise documentation in the company’s recruitment CRM system.
- Engage in virtual team meetings and maintain strong collaboration in a fully remote setup.
