Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.
- Actively seek and build relationships with new clients in the technology industry across the UK and Europe.
- Identify, assess, and connect with high-caliber technical candidates using tools such as JobAdder, LinkedIn, and Lusha.
- Conduct an average of 30 outbound calls daily to cultivate leads and strengthen the recruitment pipeline.
- Join daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and track progress.
- Work collaboratively with a motivated remote team in a results-driven, KPI-focused environment.
- Ensure all candidate and client data is accurately logged and updated in the JobAdder CRM system.
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility for assigned roles, from sourcing to final placement.
