Paired is looking for a Partner Outreach Assistant to build a national network of independent contractor partners for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and growing a community of assembly and installation professionals across multiple states.
What You'll Do
- Proactively reach out to independent assembly and installation contractors to join the partner network.
- Pitch the partnership opportunity and communicate its value proposition effectively.
- Manage your own outreach pipeline and track recruitment progress.
- Onboard new contractor partners and get them set up in the system.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing contractors.
- Grow the contractor network strategically across multiple states.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively recruit contractor partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own outreach activities.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and software like CRMs, dialer apps, and outreach platforms.
- Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls and emails.
