Dreamlines GmbH is looking for a Customer Service Agent Kreuzfahrten (w/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will manage operational support for existing cruise bookings, handle customer inquiries, and oversee after-sales processes, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support for existing cruise bookings.
- Process customer inquiries via phone and written communication while adhering to high quality standards.
- Book additional services for customers.
- Change and cancel previously booked services.
- Process and review complaints and goodwill gestures efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate on projects and contribute to the further development of service and after-sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and communicate with shipping companies and tour operators.
What We're Looking For
- Enjoyment of customer interaction and a confident telephone demeanor.
- Pronounced quality and service awareness, plus a careful and independent working style.
- High comprehension, willingness to learn, and organizational talent.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- German language skills at native level and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- First professional experience in tourism or hospitality.
- English language skills.
- Knowledge in the flight sector.
