About the Role

simpleclub is hiring an Account Executive to join our sales team and scale our B2B learning platform. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing deals primarily in the range of €7,500 to €50,000 ARR, with a focus on the German training and further education sector. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and contributing directly to the company's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to leads to sell the learning platform to companies.
  • Focus on deals in the range of €7,500 to €50,000 ARR, with potential for larger customers based on performance.
  • Build comprehensive expertise in digital education and the German training and further education sector.
  • Overcome customer objections and convincingly present the benefits of the solution.
  • Maintain a clear overview of your sales pipeline and systematically address customer objections.
  • Experiment with new sales approaches and share insights with the team.
  • Prioritize customer retention and provide excellent consultation throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of contributing to the success of previous teams.
  • Drive to meet and exceed ambitious, realistic sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Discipline and self-motivation to handle rejection and failed deals.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing customer needs over commission.
  • Team player mentality, supporting colleagues and learning together.

Nice to Have

  • Basic experience with common CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in the Edtech sector, specifically in training and further education.

Team & Environment

You will join a structured sales team with SDRs, AEs, and CSMs, working within a proven system. You will report directly to the VP Sales.
