About the Role

Directive Consulting is hiring a Senior Account Strategist, Paid Media to lead strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS clients. In this client-facing role, you will own day-to-day deliverables, manage custom strategies, and drive performance across multiple paid channels.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts.
  • Conduct weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment.
  • Drive referrals via client relationships and your professional network.
  • Build strategic plans for clients each quarter.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization.
  • Work directly with an Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved.
  • Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
  • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT.
  • Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed.
