Sibill Srl is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers get maximum value from the Sibill platform. This strategic role drives engagement, product adoption, and long-term retention by acting as a trusted advisor.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of their Sibill environment.
- Monitor customer health and proactively reach out to prevent churn.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Educate customers about product features and updates to drive adoption.
- Deliver strategic follow-ups to ensure long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to ensure an outstanding customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or client-facing role.
- Empathy, problem-solving attitude, and business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfort with data and metrics to monitor customer performance and engagement.
- A curious, proactive, and highly collaborative mindset.
