We are looking for an Account Manager - Enterprise to build deep trust and drive significant value within our most impactful enterprise accounts. You will fuel company growth by leading customer onboarding, strategic alignment, expansion initiatives, and renewal management.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding, health monitoring, and renewal management to fuel company growth.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and upselling.
- Navigate complex customer organizations to promote expansion into additional departments and use cases.
- Track and analyze account performance, revenue forecasts, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with sales to develop account strategies and support new customer acquisition.
- Regularly assess customer health and success metrics to drive retention.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
- Understand customer needs, goals, and challenges to build long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactively identify and address customer challenges, driving timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with marketing on customer initiatives like case studies and testimonials.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to inform product roadmap.
- Solve challenges with process improvements to increase team effectiveness.
- Serve as an advocate for customers internally.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience in net new or expansion sales, revenue-driven account management, or customer success roles.
- Repeated success managing large and complex customer relationships, driving value and revenue expansion.
- Experience engaging with executives and navigating all levels of organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Familiarity with software development processes and consumption-based pricing.
