Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Trévoux, France. You will contribute to maintaining quality customer service by handling operational order management and direct customer support.
What You'll Do
- Enter and track customer orders through to delivery, applying standard processes.
- Monitor orders in progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to avoid delays.
- Respond to customer requests for delivery times, order tracking, documents, and emergencies.
- Manage returns, delivery disputes, and requests for billing corrections.
- Collaborate with sales teams, distribution centers, and external suppliers.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort with IT tools like ERP, Excel, and email.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Nice to Have
- A first experience in customer service or sales administration is appreciated.
- A B1 level of English is desired.
