SPAR Handels AG is hiring a Sales Associate (Verkäufer*in) for our SPAR Supermarkt in Herisau. In this role, you will be key to ensuring an attractive store presentation, efficient daily operations, and a consistently positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Ensure an attractive merchandise presentation and a positive shopping atmosphere
- Provide competent and engaged customer consultation based on solid product knowledge
- Manage smooth daily processes and maintain high standards of hygiene and product quality

- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview, even in demanding or hectic situations
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including Saturdays and irregular shift patterns
