SPAR Handels AG is offering a retail apprenticeship (Lehrstelle) starting August 1, 2026. Based at the SPAR Supermarkt in Bonstetten, this program provides comprehensive training in the food retail sector to become either a Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ or a Detailhandelsassistent/-in EBA.
What You'll Do
- Manage operations across all departments within the supermarket.
- Present, merchandise, and maintain product displays.
- Operate the cash register and provide direct customer service.
- Apply knowledge from inter-company and internal courses to fulfill customer wishes effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Completed compulsory schooling with good school grades.
- Foreign language skills in English or French.
- A well-groomed appearance and good manners.
- Reliability, resilience, and ability to work as a team player.
- Genuine enjoyment of contact with people.
- A flair for management and sales.
