Heinz is hiring a Customer Sales Lead to drive selling efforts, strategic development, and supply chain initiatives on a $300 million business with Kroger. This position serves as the single point of accountability for Kraft Heinz, leveraging our scale and brands to enhance category focus.
What You'll Do
- Act as the single point of accountability to Kroger for all Kraft Heinz activities, owning business plans, customer strategies, and external factors.
- Build the Kraft Heinz business through profitability acceleration, share growth, revenue enhancement, and execution of special programs.
- Drive efficient and effective trade programs to deliver best-in-class return on investment.
- Partner with customer supply chain to drive excellent customer service by assessing current levels and deploying improvements.
- Lead major business reviews and customer visits, including annual reviews and top-to-top meetings.
- Service the customer by establishing positive business relationships and providing category management expertise at the retail level.
- Deliver executional excellence by leading cross-functional business planning in category management, supply chain, technology, and omni marketing.
- Develop others within the customer business team and Kraft Heinz Sales through mentoring and coaching.
- Harness the power of diverse thinking, background, and experience.
What We're Looking For
- A strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes like forecasting, promo planning, and multiyear strategy development.
- Previous experience owning a P&L.
- Significant experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis.
- Proficiency in deploying strong promotional programs.
- Strong decision-making ability grounded in critical thinking and planning.
- A relentless drive for results.

- Compensation range: $141,500.00 - $176,900.00.
