British American Tobacco México is looking for a Customer Management Intern to join our team in Monterrey. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customer management operations by analyzing data, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth logistics. You'll be integral to maintaining strong commercial relationships and effective cross-team communication.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards for data analysis and visualization.
- Create performance tracking reports by cross-referencing multiple databases.
- Monitor order delivery logistics and track incidents.
- Control and analyze product inventory levels.
- Support commercial relationships with the supply chain through ongoing follow-up.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure proper information flow and process execution.
What We're Looking For
- Current student in Marketing, International Business, Systems Engineering, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Projected graduation date of mid-2027 or later.
- No plans for an exchange program during the next year.
- Availability of 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule adjusted to academic load.
- Intermediate command of English.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of databases, including pivot tables and cross-database queries.
- Key personal skills: proactivity, teamwork, effective communication, and analytical skills for decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI is valued.
- Public speaking and presentation experience is valued.
