The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-performing project management team within the ICP organization at Konecranes, ensuring superior customer experience from order to execution. This role combines leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on project oversight to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop, support, and lead a high-performing Project Management team.
- Champion timely and effective internal and external project kick-off meetings.
- Monitor and ensure all project deliverables—scope, budget, and schedule—are consistently met.
- Ensure all project data and communications are accurate, complete, and timely.
- Deliver training, mentorship, and performance development for project managers.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for project execution.
- Own and deliver accurate project forecasting and backlog reporting aligned to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively mitigate project risks through strong communication and targeted training.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Lead annual planning and goal setting initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and customer experience.
- Serve as lead Project Manager for strategic, large-scale, or complex projects as required.
