What You'll Do
Connect with guests to share the stories behind original artworks, guiding them through curated exhibitions and the excitement of live auctions. Help design and install vibrant gallery displays, ensuring each presentation enhances the onboard experience. Work alongside a collaborative team to deliver consistent, professional service in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Capable of lifting and transporting framed art pieces up to 50 lbs (≈23 kg)
- Able to remain on your feet for extended durations, with or without reasonable adjustments
- Valid passport and ability to secure necessary visas for international embarkation
- Strong spoken and written English skills for guest-facing communication
- Must pass a post-offer maritime medical exam approved by cruise line partners, in compliance with MLC standards
- Eligible for a background check through a designated provider
- Available to work multi-month rotations (3 to 6 months) onboard cruise vessels
- Engaged as an Independent Contractor through Caribbean Staffing Solutions

Compensation
Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 USD per onboard month, with total earnings determined by performance. Initial earning potential ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 USD annually. With experience, top performers may earn $100,000 to over $300,000 USD. Commissions and bonuses are uncapped after the first 30 days.
