As a Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience, guiding customers through product features like fabric innovation, fit, and functionality, and helping them find styles that support their active lifestyles.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by applying deep product knowledge and supporting shoppers both in-store and during events or community engagements.
- Coach team members through real-time feedback and reinforce standards from the Customer Experience Playbook, including tools like Member Chat and Omnicart systems.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set performance goals, track progress, and identify training or inventory needs that improve efficiency and service quality.
- Support visual standards and merchandising guidelines to create a welcoming, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
- Stay active on the sales floor—standing, moving, reaching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 30 lbs—while maintaining safety protocols and operational excellence.
- Contribute ideas and insights to help refine store processes and support long-term business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of retail experience, with strong communication skills and comfort in fast-moving settings.
- Proven ability to engage customers, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory handling; experience with retail technology platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks like lifting and unpacking stock.
- Preference given to candidates with prior leadership roles or knowledge of fitness and wellness activities such as yoga, running, or strength training.
