Good Hood GmbH was looking for a CRM Manager:in (w/m/d)

Good Hood GmbH is hiring a CRM Manager (f/m/d) to shape our communication with commercial users. In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful CRM strategies to increase sales and user engagement for our socially valuable platform.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for smooth communication with commercial users.
  • Conceive, create, and send CRM newsletters and campaigns independently using Braze.
  • Plan, implement, and test automated lifecycle communication via email and in-app messages to increase paid package sales and promote user engagement.
  • Develop marketing concepts, create content, and implement campaigns independently.
  • Create testing plans, build automations in Braze, and work closely with the CRM team for private users and the sales team.
  • Develop targeted customer segmentations for a personalized product and platform experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and create regular reports and analyses for success control and optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years of experience in CRM or a comparable digital marketing environment.
  • Practical experience with CRM automation tools like Braze.
  • Work equally creatively and data-driven with good technical understanding of marketing infrastructure and processes.
  • Enjoy actively shaping and advancing a digital product with social added value.
  • Enjoy working interdisciplinary and can quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
  • Native-level German language skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a sales focus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Pardot/Account Engagement.

You will be joining 51-200 employees at a social startup. You'll work with the CRM team for private users and the sales team.
