CHS Inc. is looking for a Creative Services Leader to guide creative services for our marketing and communications team. You will lead content strategy, communications development, and event management efforts aimed at our cooperative owners, business units, and the Board of Directors.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to execute and develop communications for cooperative owners and support the needs of business units and the CHS Board of Directors.
- Manage content strategy and prepare content for internal and external communications channels related to programs and events.
- Understand and represent CHS enterprise strategies and priorities in all communications.
- Create and manage outbound communications to inform owners on CHS governance and enterprise results, such as quarterly financials and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in developing and managing in-person and virtual events, including setting objectives, identifying metrics, and reporting results.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and repurposing presentations to inform other audiences about CHS initiatives.
- Follow and help refine editorial and approval processes to ensure content meets business objectives, style guidelines, and brand standards.
- Create and share regular reports on campaign and content performance.
- Manage freelancers and other outside vendors for content development and creative design.
- Collaborate with CHS and freelance photographers/videographers to plan and deliver imagery, videos, and other audiovisual products to support business objectives and augment company media libraries.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Communication Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field
- Strategic content creator with the ability to plan and execute in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Strong creative thinker
- High level of collaboration and teamwork
