Havas Play Ltd is hiring a Creative Director to be responsible for the quality of all creative work produced by the agency. You will oversee the development and execution of creative solutions for client and new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Maintain standards of creative excellence and ensure achievement of goals.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions, establish creative vision and provide hands-on direction while overseeing the creative process.
- Work collaboratively to envision original and unexpected concepts, creating value for the Agency and our clients.
- Translate client business and brand goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated creative experiences.
- Partner with clients and internal teams on business objectives and develop the appropriate creative vision, direction and execution.
- Personally conceptualize and execute on design-driven internal & external communication.
- Manage and mentor the creative team; drive innovation by introducing new ideas and inspiration to consistently produce excellent work.
- Maintain a presence in the industry and foster outside relationships to build a creative ecosystem, including trusted network of creative service partners and contract talent.
- Work closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to determine scope of work.
- Work with the Creative Resource Manager on resourcing and project management, including planning upcoming projects, and adjusting resources as necessary on current projects.
- Partner with agency leadership on business development efforts and build new revenue streams for the Agency.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of design/copywriting and branding concepts across a range of traditional and digital media.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Executive Creative Director or Group Creative Director and directs the activities of subordinates.
