RealAdvisor is seeking a Country Manager (Portuguese Market) to launch, build, and scale our operations in Portugal. In this 0→1 market builder role, you will operate as the local CEO with full commercial ownership of revenue, team, P&L, and local execution.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Portugal.
- Adapt positioning, pricing, and messaging to the local market.
- Identify early adopters and strategic accounts.
- Build initial traction personally through direct selling.
- Take full responsibility for revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Design and optimize the sales process.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics.
- Hire, train, and lead a local sales team (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs) with HR support.
- Develop Team Leaders as the team scales.
- Build a high-performance commercial culture.
- Own local P&L, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Define unit economics and margin targets.
- Work cross-functionally with HQ teams in marketing, product, and finance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a 0→1 market launch or similar founder-style role.
- Deep understanding of the Portuguese commercial and real estate landscape.
- Strong track record of directly generating revenue and building sales pipelines.
- Experience hiring, training, and leading sales teams (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs).
- Demonstrated ability to own and manage a full P&L and budget.
- Excellent strategic planning and local market adaptation skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work with HQ.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.

You will be responsible for hiring and leading a local sales team (SDRs, BDRs, CSMs). You will operate as the local CEO of the Portuguese market, reporting directly to company leadership.
