Lumana is hiring a Corporate Account Executive to own a defined territory and position us as the go-to partner for companies in the mid-market segment. This is a full-cycle role focused on strategic hunting, consultative selling, and exceeding quarterly targets.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Source your own pipeline using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
- Consistently exceed quarterly targets by developing and closing mid-market deals.
- Become an expert on Lumana’s platform and how it outperforms legacy security systems.
- Maintain a high-output cadence of calls, emails, InMails, and outbound campaigns.
- Keep your pipeline healthy and forecast clean to hit coverage targets.
- Adhere to weekly KPIs across outreach, demos, pipeline generation, and smart gifting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and channel partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering to support GTM initiatives.
- Share insights from the field to help shape Lumana’s evolving go-to-market and product strategy.
- Travel to customer sites, channel partners, and industry tradeshows within your territory.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven success owning the full sales cycle in a mid-market SaaS environment.
- Current experience selling in the video security, physical security, or AI infrastructure space.
- Experience selling into one or more of these industries: retail, education, healthcare, manufacturing, government, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with working through or alongside channel partners.
- Strong outbound prospecting ability and a track record of building pipeline from scratch.
- Clear and persuasive communicator with strong business storytelling skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times/month for customer meetings, territory coverage, and events.
- Must reside in the territory to provide effective coverage.
Team & Environment
Teams are small, dynamic, and trusted to lead. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering and report to the VP of Sales.

Work Mode
This is a remote-first role. You can work from where you're most effective, but you must reside in Texas to effectively cover the territory.
