CrowdStrike is hiring a Corporate Account Executive to own a territory within Poland and drive new business growth. This remote role is central to expanding our customer base in the region. You will be responsible for generating net new opportunities and providing success management for existing accounts.
What You'll Do
- Actively engage prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Run a sophisticated end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers (SEs) to devise and execute account strategies.
- Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to establish pipeline-building activities.
- Forecast and report sales updates to the management team.
- Become an expert on CrowdStrike products and the Cyber Security industry.
- Stay educated on the competitive landscape and sell the value of CrowdStrike solutions.
- Manage existing customer success for subscription renewal and cross/up-sell.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience with cold calling and generating net new business.
- Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to both C-level executives and evaluator-level engineers.
- A track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
- Persistence, coachability, charisma, and quick-witted problem-solving.
- Creativity, motivation, aptitude, confidence without ego, and self-discipline.
- Self-awareness with a solid understanding of your strengths and weaknesses.
- Spoken and written fluency in Polish and English.
Nice to Have
- Cyber Security industry experience.
- Security and/or SaaS Sales experience.
- Experience with cloud-native security platforms and solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers (SEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as part of our sales organization.
