Campeon Gaming is hiring a Copywriter to join our marketing team. You will craft high-impact promotional content, leveraging a deep understanding of player psychology, compliance, and performance marketing to engage players across regulated and offshore markets.
What You'll Do
- Write high-converting email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Work with dynamic variables like first name, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements.
- Create on-site promotional content including banners, pop-ups, and landing pages.
- Develop engaging copy for welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adapt tone and messaging depending on the player lifecycle stage—acquisition, retention, VIP, and reactivation.
- Ensure all content aligns with responsible gambling standards.
- Adapt messaging for different regulated and offshore markets.
- Maintain strict accuracy in bonus terms, wagering requirements, and promotional mechanics.
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives.
- Continuously refine copy to improve Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Utilize AI tools to scale and enhance content production.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows and automation processes.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of professional copywriting experience.
- Proven experience writing promotional and CRM content.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CMS systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
