Find your future at Revvity • Guide the formulation and oversight of clinical contractual frameworks, ensuring rigorous adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements. • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for comprehensive contract evaluations, establishing effective communication channels between legal, financial, operational, quality, and business stakeholders. • Design and implement a sophisticated prioritization methodology for contract assessments to guarantee efficient and timely agreement processing. • Vigilantly track contractual timelines, monitor expiration dates, and proactively initiate renewal strategies to maintain uninterrupted business operations. • Establish new client accounts, including configuring pricing within relevant systems, defining billing frequencies, and comprehensively tracking payment information. • Manage billing processes, investigate and resolve pricing inconsistencies, address stakeholder inquiries, and collaborate closely with Finance for comprehensive account reconciliation. • Supervise order management processes, ensuring precision and strict compliance with predetermined contractual specifications.
