Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle within a partner and customer environment. You will coordinate onboarding activities, facilitate contract execution, manage amendments, and oversee termination processes. The role also supports performance evaluations and drives continuous improvements in contract operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner and customer onboarding, contract execution, modifications, mergers, acquisitions, and agreement closures
- Maintain and update contract exhibits, ensuring accurate alignment with agreements
- Coordinate partner performance reviews with regional stakeholders
- Provide clear, step-by-step contract guidance to account teams
- Resolve mid-level to complex contractual issues efficiently
- Advise on go-to-market strategies in line with contract terms, global trade rules, and business goals
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders using appropriate channels
- Support the rollout of new contract processes and tools at the regional level
- Conduct research on contractual data and generate reports; identify automation potential
- Create, update, and distribute contract templates and official correspondence
- Maintain documentation in alignment with evolving business needs
- Utilize specialized tools for reporting on partner and customer data
- Implement new processes or project deliverables as directed
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, information technology, or law is required. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in operations, business administration, or account management roles. Strong written and verbal English skills are essential, along with proven analytical thinking and a focus on process efficiency.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage high volumes of data, balance competing priorities, and work independently with minimal oversight. You must be detail-oriented, goal-focused, and capable of driving change. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and experience with data reporting systems is beneficial.
Core competencies include stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, problem-solving, change management, and business acumen—particularly in revenue cycles and B2B reporting. You should also be comfortable supporting project managers in rolling out new initiatives.
