Join TensorOps as a (Contract) Senior Developer Salesforce specializing in Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. This fully remote contract position requires 40 hours per week availability within Latin American (LATAM) time zones. You will be responsible for custom development, configuration, automation, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for Sales Cloud.
- Customize lead and opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards in Sales Cloud.
- Design and implement complex data models and relationships.
- Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Create advanced flows and approval processes to streamline business operations.
- Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
- Perform unit testing and manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Ensure scalability and efficiency of custom code and configurations.
- Design and build responsive email templates using Email Studio and Content Builder for Marketing Cloud.
- Manage subscriber lists and data extensions for accurate audience segmentation.
- Configure automated workflows and customer journeys in Journey Builder.
- Track engagement metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations for email marketing.
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and API frameworks.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and AMPscript for email design and personalization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to create technical specification documents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
