Responsibilities & Duties
Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: From Software Engineers to Data Scientists and Sales Managers, you'll be the maestro orchestrating our entire recruiting symphony.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Time to put your hunter-gatherer skills to work. We want you diving into LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and referral channels to unearth top-tier talent.
Pipeline Management: Build talent pipelines so robust they could survive an apocalypse — always stocked and ready for our current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Assessment: Be our first line of defense, meticulously reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to ensure we're only talking to candidates who truly rock.
Interview Coordination: Make scheduling interviews look like an art form — smooth, effortless, and leaving candidates impressed.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work hand-in-glove with our hiring managers to understand exactly what they need and craft killer recruitment strategies.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Keep our candidate records pristine and up-to-the-minute current.
Market Insights: Stay one step ahead by tracking industry trends, compensation landscapes, and market dynamics.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every single candidate feels like a VIP throughout their journey with us.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Contract recruiting experience, preferably in technical and sales domains.
A track record of sourcing top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Full-cycle recruiting expertise that borders on legendary.
Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
Communication skills that could charm a stone.
Master of multitasking with an obsessive eye for detail.
Proactive self-starter who doesn't wait for opportunities — you create them.
Team player who can also crush it solo.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (bonus points).
Desired Qualifications:
Recruiting street cred in manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech (Tesla, SpaceX, Anduril alumni, we see you).
Manufacturing process knowledge or MES industry recruiting experience.
Location: Remote (Los Angeles locals get a slight edge for occasional face-to-face magic).
Commitment: Part-time (10-20 hours a week).
