About the Role
This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential candidates using job boards, social platforms, and outreach methods
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
- Communicate role details and company information to applicants
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline
- Provide updates to hiring managers on candidate status
- Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment practices
- Use applicant tracking systems to log candidate data
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on role requirements
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and professionally
- Preserve confidentiality of candidate and company information
- Participate in weekly recruitment planning meetings
- Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
- Align candidate outreach with company values and culture
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently
- Contribute to improvements in recruitment processes
- Stay current with industry hiring trends and best practices
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
