Kforce is hiring a Consulting Solutions Executive to serve as a trusted partner for our project solutions clients. In this role, you will partner with a Territory VP and cross-functional teams to win and deliver value-based project engagements, leveraging a growing understanding of the IT professional services industry and your clients' business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Become a trusted partner across an identified range of internal client account teams.
- Build and execute account strategies and plans in a team-selling environment.
- Lead technical and business conversations, presentations, and negotiations with client Managers, Directors, and Executives.
- Partner with assigned Territory VP and Practice Leaders to build complex project win strategies, solutions, and proposals.
- Manage negotiations for complex deals and contracts.
- Manage your personal sales pipeline through forecasting, account strategy, planning, and opportunity management.
- Mentor field account teams in solution sales methods and solution opportunity management.
- Build, grow, and enhance the project portfolio by achieving high revenue growth, margin, and booking targets.
- Sell IT Professional Services within Applications, Data, Analytics, and Integration Services to support client daily operations and Digital/Business Transformation initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related service/business experience, with 3-5 years of dedicated IT Staffing or Solutions sales experience.
- A track record of selling progressively complex staffing projects and the ability to partner in mining and growing market and enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling business applications, workforce, integration, data, or analytic staffing or solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Familiarity with the IT Staffing industry, preferably selling solutions from within a staffing or professional services provider.
- Experience in complex client opportunity management in IT Staffing or Solutions environments.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of client opportunities across the full sales lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to reposition Kforce as a client-partner to serve above and beyond the normal staffing engagement model.
- Proven ability to grow an assigned account portfolio or territory more than the company’s growth while expanding margins.
- A results-driven sales associate who acts with a sense of urgency to meet significant targets and goals.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented skills who effectively balances immediate and long-term goals.
- Proactively leverages ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new business.
- Maintains courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
