Kforce is looking for a Client Business Partner to own the strategy, cultivation, and growth of a designated portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you will define and lead comprehensive client engagement plans, leveraging your expertise within the staffing industry to strengthen relationships and drive business results.
What You'll Do
- Define, document, and execute comprehensive strategies for client engagement.
- Develop industry expertise within your assigned portfolio to enhance client service and solutions.
- Understand and document client key initiatives and priorities to inform strategic plans.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and generate new business leads.
- Understand and protect our Master Service Agreement/Professional Service Agreement (MSA/PSA).
- Develop a strong understanding of both Talent and Solution services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Build a strong partnership with Kforce KCS partners.
- Lead Quarterly Reviews with Regional SVP and KCS Partners to evaluate progress and develop new strategies.
- Assist in defining revenue targets quarterly for both HC and KCS.
- Guide and support sales associates on assigned accounts by leading through example and sharing best practices.
- Maintain accountability around CRM documentation.
- Leverage the KWAY methodology effectively in alignment with client strategies and objectives.
- Monitor all opportunities, including requisitions and KCS, noting wins and losses for continuous improvement.
- Determine the necessary pursuit teams based on client opportunities.
- Engage in client development activities such as sourcing, qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing contacts, completing company profiles, marketing candidates, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling new client visits.
- Develop value-driven presentations for delivery during client visits.
- Facilitate development of professional service agreements, including negotiation of terms.
- Actively promote Kforce services through participation in professional associations, trade shows, and other public relations opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related product/business experience within the staffing industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proof of $10 million or more equivalent Career-To-Date Revenue Growth.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with Region Leaders, associates, and Account Managers to execute on defined client strategies.
