Kforce is hiring a VP Enterprise Services to cultivate relationships with our largest and most important clients. In this role, you will plan and implement sales strategies, manage all aspects of the client process, and contribute to revenue growth across all products and services.
What You'll Do
- Direct, mentor, and lead a team of Vertical Directors.
- Sell all Kforce products and services to our largest and most important clients.
- Develop strategies for establishing and maintaining major account relationships to promote business continuity and increased sales.
- Direct revenue growth and billable headcount sales efforts across existing and targeted clients.
- Identify areas of significant business opportunities and leverage firm resources to expand the client base.
- Manage all aspects of high-level national accounts in partnership with Operations to maintain customer satisfaction and support growth.
- Coordinate key sales and delivery activities with Field Leaders and associates to ensure continued success for assigned clients.
- Work with Field Office management to monitor sales and delivery activities to meet or exceed client service expectations.
- Monitor competitive activity and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated.
- Perform contract negotiations for high-level clients to ensure reasonable business requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 11+ years of direct outbound sales experience (or equivalent combination).
- Negotiation experience is required.
Nice to Have
- National account management experience across multiple geographies.
- Direct responsibility for a client portfolio exceeding $20M.
- Professional Staffing Services experience.
Technical Stack
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
